摘要
苯并芘是一种多环芳烃类物质,具有强烈的致癌性和间接致畸性、致突变性,广泛存在于自然界中。本文从国内学者对苯并芘的研究进展进行论述,从现有研究可知,2003年开始,有关研究苯并芘的文献量增长迅速,苯并芘的研究热度明显上升。在此基础上,本文就目前比较常用的高效液相色谱-荧光法、液相色谱-质谱联用法、气相色谱-质谱联用法、表面增强拉曼光谱检测法,以及对免疫学苯并芘检测技术的研究进展进行分析,免疫学苯并芘检测技术与目前常用的检测方法相比,具有灵敏、特异性强、快速和对操作人员要求相对较低等优点,在苯并芘快速检测中的应用越来越广泛。
Benzopyrene is a kind of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,which has strong carcinogenicity,indirect teratogenicity and mutagenicity,and widely exists in nature.This paper reviews the research progress of benzopyrene by domestic scholars.From the existing research,it can be seen that since 2003,the amount of literature on benzopyrene has increased rapidly,and the research heat of benzopyrene has increased significantly.On this basis,the current commonly used high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence spectrometry,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy,as well as immunological benzopyrene detection technology research progress were analyzed,immunological benzopyrene detection technology and commonly used detection at present.Compared with other methods,this method has the advantages of sensitivity,specificity,rapidity and relatively low requirement for operators.It is more and more widely used in rapid detection of benzopyrene.
