摘要
通过对我国高校基金会进行信息披露的内生性需求和外生性需求分析后认为,构建公开、透明的信息披露机制是促进高校基金会进一步发展壮大的关键举措,应从明确信息披露的责任主体、统一披露平台和披露范围、扩大信息披露的对象和完善信息披露的法律责任等方面入手,完善我国高校基金会的信息披露法治机制。
Through the analysisof the demand of endogenous and exogenous demand of the information disclosure of colleges foundation,the present research suggests that building an open and transparent mechanism of information disclosure is the key for further development of college's foundation.We need to improve the mechanism of information disclosure rule of colleges foundation from the aspects of defining the body responsible for disclosing,unifying the disclosing platform and the scope of disclosure,expanding the objects of the disclosure and clarifying the liability for illegal disclosure.
