摘要
安全运输是成品油运输经营生产过程中的首要环节和根本保证,让安全生产更好地为企业保驾护航,是我们从事成品油运输管理人员所共同思索的课题。文章通过对目前成品油道路运输存在的主要安全问题进行具体分析,从技术革新、人员管理和建立机制等方面对构建成品油公路运输安全管理机制提出了新的举措。
Safe transportation is the primary link and fundamental guarantee in the production and operation of refined oil transportation,so that safe production can better escort enterprises is a topic that our managers engaged in refined oil transportation think about together.This paper analyzes the main safety problems existing in the road transportation of refined oil products,and puts forward new measures to construct the safety management mechanism of the road transpor-tation of refined oil products from the aspects of technical innovation,personnel management and mechanism establishment.
