摘要
本文通过阐述建立多层次沟通机制、制度完善、奖惩并举、联合提升装卸计量水平、完善纠纷处理等内容,指出在成品油公路运输中,托运方和承运方采取合作共赢模式,能够显著降低成品油综合损耗率。
This paper describes the establishment of a multi-level communication mechanism,perfecting the system,reward and punishment simultaneously,and enhance the level and improve the measurement handling disputes and other content,pointed out that in the oil product transportation,shipper and the carrier to win-win cooperation mode,can significantly reduce the oil comprehensive loss rate.
