摘要
目的探讨喷砂酸蚀(SA)和可吸收研磨介质(RBM)两种表面处理技术对种植体修复后周围软、硬组织的影响,为临床种植体的选择提供依据。方法选取单牙缺失需种植修复的患者62例(缺失牙100颗),随机分成2组,分别行RBM表面处理种植体(Dentis S-Clean种植系统)和SA表面处理种植体(Osstem TSⅢ种植体系统)各50枚进行种植修复,于冠修复后第1、3年测量种植体周围骨吸收量、改良龈沟出血指数、改良菌斑指数、附着龈减少量和探诊深度。结果种植体修复后3年,种植体颈部骨吸收量呈现不断增加趋势,且RBM组骨吸收量大于SA组(P <0.05);在修复后第1、3年时,改良龈沟出血指数和改良菌斑指数两组间差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);在修复后第1、3年时,RBM组附着龈减少量高于SA组(P <0.05);修复后第1、3年时,RBM组探诊深度明显大于SA组(P <0.05)。结论 SA表面处理能更有利于种植体周围骨组织与软的组织的健康及稳定,明显减少种植体周围的骨吸收,从而提高种植成功率和患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the effects of sand blast and acidetchings,and resorbable blast media surface treatment on soft tissue and hard tissue around implant,in order to provide the clinical evidence for selecting the clinical implant.Methods Sixty-two patients and 100 single missing teeth were included in this study.The missing teeth were restored with dental implants.Implants were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 50 implants in each group.The implants were inserted with RBM implants(Dentis S-Clean implants)and SA implants(Osstem TSⅢimplants),respectively.The amount of bone absorption,modified sulcus bleeding index,modified plaque index,the amount of attachment gingival reduction and probing depth around the implants were measured at 1 year and 3 years after implant restoration.Resutls The amount of bone absorption around implant was increasing at 3 years after implant restoration.The amount of bone absorption in RBM groups was greater than that in SA group(P<0.05).No significant differences in the modified sulcus bleeding index and modified plaque index were observed between two groups(P>0.05)at 1 year and 3 years after implant restoration.The amount of attachment gingival reduction of RBM groups was greater than that in SA group(P<0.05)at 1 year and 3 years after implant restoration.Probing depth around the implants in RBM groups was greater than that in SA group(P<0.05)at 1 year and 3 years after implant restoration.Conclusion SA surface treatment in implants is more conducive to the health and stability of bone tissue and soft tissue around the implants,significantly reducing bone absorption around the implants,improving the success rate of implants and patient satisfaction.
