摘要
目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者外周血血浆血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)的表达与OSAHS病情严重程度的关系。方法根据夜间多导睡眠图监测结果将80名研究对象分为单纯鼾症组(18例),轻度OSA组(17例),中度OSA组(19例),重度OSA组(26例)。ELISA检测外周血血浆VEGF、IL-10的浓度。结果 OSAHS病情越重,血浆VEGF浓度越高,四组间(两两比较差异均有统计学意义均P <0.01)。OSAHS病情越重,血浆IL-10浓度越低,四组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。多元逐步回归分析结果显示VEGF浓度与最低SaO2呈负相关关系,与ESS评分呈正相关(P <0.01);IL-10浓度与最低SaO2呈正相关,与年龄、AHI呈负相关(P <0.01)。结论 OSAHS病情越严重,患者夜间缺氧越明显,上调VEGF表达,抑制IL-10表达,易导致异常血管形成,加重机体炎症反应,使心血管疾病越容易发生。
Objective To explore the correlation of plasma IL-10 and VEGF levels with disease severity of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods According to the PSG test results,80 subjects were divided into simple snoring group(n=18),mild OSA group(n=17),moderate OSA group(n=19)and severe OSA group(n=26).The plasma IL-10 and VEGF levels were detected by ELISA method.Results The VEGF concentration was significantly higher(P<0.01)but the IL-10 concentration was significantly lower(P<0.05)when OSAHS was severer.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that VEGF concentration was negatively related with the lowest SaO2,but positively with ESS score(P<0.01);IL-10 concentration was positively correlated with the lowest SaO2,but negatively with age and AHI(P<0.01).Conclusion Hypoxia is more obvious in severer OSAHS patients,which stimulates the VEGF expression,inhibits IL-10 expression,more easily leads to abnormal blood vessel formation and aggravates the body′s inflammatory response,which thus induced the occurrence of cardiovascular disease.
