摘要
目的探讨右美托咪定预处理对扁桃体切除术患儿麻醉苏醒期躁动的影响。方法选取广东祈福医院2021年10月至2023年10月择期行气管插管全身麻醉下扁桃体切除术的60例患儿进行回顾性分析,根据有无静脉泵注右美托咪定进行预处理分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。两组均接受气管插管静脉全身麻醉,观察组在麻醉诱导前静脉泵注右美托咪定,对照组静脉泵注等量生理盐水。比较两组恢复、拔管和恢复室停留时间,拔管后躁动评分和躁动发生率,以及围手术期不良反应发生情况。结果两组恢复、拔管和恢复室停留时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组拔管后躁动评分和躁动发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组围手术期均未发生心动过缓、低血压等不良反应。结论右美托咪定预处理可降低扁桃体切除术患儿麻醉苏醒期躁动评分及躁动发生率,且不影响复苏时间。
Objective To explore the effect of Dexmedetomidine pretreatment on agitation during recovery period from anesthesia in children undergoing tonsillectomy.Methods A total of 60 children undergoing tonsillectomy under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation in Guangdong Clifford Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected to conduct retrospective analysis.All the children were divided into the observation group and the control group based on the presence or absence of intravenous infusion of Dexmedetomidine for pretreatment,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received intravenous general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation.The observation group received intravenous pumping of Dexmedetomidine before anesthesia induction,while the control group received intravenous pumping of the same amount of normal saline.The time of recovery,extubation and recovery room stay,the scores of post-extubation agitation and incidence of agitation and the incidence of perioperative adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the time of recovery,extubation and recovery room stay between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of post-extubation agitation and the incidence of agitation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions such as bradycardia and hypotens ion occurred in the two groups during the perioperative period.Conclusion Dexmedetomidine pretreatment can reduce the agitation score and incidence of agitation during recovery period from anesthesia in children undergoing tonsillectomy,without affect ing the recovery time.
