摘要
从分析阻碍高校师生创新创业活力释放的因素着手,提出双创平台与载体建设的问题。阐述了高校创新创业实验室建设的目的与功能,提出依托互联网构建双创政策展示与解读平台,依托互联网打造校际双创信息互通与交流平台,借助校企合作工作室建立双创项目的成果转化与落地平台,凭借学校已有的软、硬件资源建设双创服务平台等创新创业实验室建设的具体举措。
Starting from the analysis of the factors that hinder the release of innovation and entrepreneurship vitality of teachers and students in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the issue about the construction of the double-innovation platform and carrier.The aims and functions of the construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship laboratories in colleges and universities are expounded upon,and the construction of a double-innovation platform based on Internet for exhibition and interpretation is put forward.Based on the Internet,a platform for mutual exchange and exchange of information among universities is established,and with the help of the university-enterprise cooperation studios,a platform for the transformation and landing of the achievements of the project is constructed.On the basis of the existing software and hardware resources in the university,a service platform for the innovation and entrepreneurship laboratories is constructed.
