摘要
从分析当前高校创新创业实验室建设的背景和形势入手,阐述了高校创新创业实验室定位和功能,进而分析了高校创新创业实验室建设中的地域性政策资源匮乏、重复性项目研究偏多、多样性指导师资不足、共享性支撑平台欠缺的问题。提出了构建"互联网+政府"的创新创业政策互通渠道、打造"互联网+高校"的创新创业信息交互平台、推进"互联网+创投"的创新创业成果共赢机制、协同高校校内资源发展微型"众创空间"的建设举措。
Based on the analysis of the background and situation of the construction of university innovative and entrepreneurial laboratories,the positioning and function of such laboratories are expounded upon,and then problems such as the lack of regional policy resources,too much repetitive project research,shortage of the diversified guidance teachers and lack of the shared supporting platforms in the construction of such laboratories are analyzed.The construction measures such as establishing the innovative and entrepreneurial policy exchange channels with the "Internet+government,"creating the innovative and entrepreneurial information exchange platform with the"Internet+university,"promoting the innovative and entrepreneurial achievement sharing mechanism with the "Internet+venture capital investment,"and coordinating the university internal resources to develop the micro"Maker space"are proposed.
