潜艇无轴泵喷推进器水下辐射噪声数值预报及分析 被引量:10

摘要 文章以某小艇无轴泵喷推进器为对象,采用"CFD+BEM"方法预报了其单部件和整体水下辐射声场,对各单部件噪声在各阶叶频处的指向性及典型测点处500 Hz以内的频谱进行了分析,并对由泵喷单部件综合推导得出的泵喷噪声宽带声压级(500Hz以内)与泵喷整体数值计算结果进行了分析对比。研究表明:在1-4倍叶频中转动部件的环状转子和静止部件径向声压级均大于轴向,叶轮径向声压级小于轴向,三者均呈"8"字形分布,静止部件声压级明显小于转动部件。三个监测点中所有单部件在1倍叶频处声压级大于其它倍叶频,随频率升高声压级总体趋势下降,最终轴向、径向及两者之间45°夹角处测点的声压级波动范围基本相同。单部件综合推导得出的宽带声压级(500 Hz以内)与泵喷整体数值计算结果吻合较好,指向性为规整的"8"字形。 The underwater radiated noise of the no-shaft pumpjet fixed on one small submarine was investigated in this paper based on‘CFD+BEM’,the sound directivity of separate parts at 1-4BPF(blade passing frequency)and typical points spectrum within 500 Hz were analyzed.Analysis and comparison of broadband SPL within 500 Hz synthesized from separate parts and that calculated from the whole pumpjet were also finished.Results show that for the cricoid rotor and the stator,SPL in axial direction is bigger than that of the radial direction,which is contrary to the impeller.The SPL of three separate parts at 1BPF are bigger than that of 2-4 BPF and the SPL of stator are smaller than that of the rotating parts.The SPL trends to descend with the increase of frequency and the fluctuating range of three typical points of each separate part are finally uniform.The integral underwater radiated noise of the pumpjet was analyzed and compared in the same way.Results show that broadband SPL synthesized from separate parts agrees well with the broadband SPL calculated from the whole pumpjet within 500 Hz,which presented as normal‘8’.
