钢筋与超高性能混凝土的黏结性能试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过30个试件的拔出试验,研究钢筋黏结长度、保护层厚度、养护龄期等因素对钢筋-超高性能混凝土黏结性能的影响规律。结果表明:极限黏结应力随钢筋黏结长度的增大而降低,随保护层厚度、标养龄期的增加而增大。基于试验结果建立了极限黏结应力与保护层厚度、黏结长度和钢筋直径之间的计算公式。 Based on thirty specimens for pull-out test,the inf luences of bond length of steel bar,thickness of protective layer and curing age on bond behavior of rebar and ultra-high performance concrete were studied.The results show that the ultimate bond stress decreases with the increase of the bond length of rebar,and the ultimate bond stress increases with the increase of the thickness of protective layer and the standard curing age.Based on the test results,the formulas for calculating the ultimate bond stress,the thickness of protective layer,the bond length and the diameter of rebar were established.
