摘要
为研究月牙纹630MPa高强钢筋肋距加大对钢筋与混凝土粘结锚固性能的影响,分别选用强度等级为630MPa的标准外形月牙纹钢筋(T63)和横肋间距增大的新外形月牙纹钢筋(TB63)制作拉式钢筋混凝土锚固试件,考虑混凝土强度、锚固长度、钢筋直径三个变化因素,通过拉式试验,从破坏形态、粘结强度、粘结滑移性能等方面进行了对比分析。试验研究表明:横肋间距增大的新外形月牙纹高强钢筋混凝土试件的粘结强度略高于标准外形月牙纹高强钢筋混凝土试件的粘结强度,说明钢筋肋距的增大有利于粘结性能的提高。两种钢筋混凝土试件,在同等条件下的破坏形态相同,粘结滑移曲线变化规律基本相同,横肋间距增大的新外形月牙纹高强钢筋混凝土试件在粘结滑移曲线峰值处的滑移量略小于标准外形月牙纹高强钢筋混凝土试件,而峰值粘结应力略大于标准外形月牙纹高强钢筋混凝土试件。混凝土强度变化对标准外形月牙纹高强钢筋混凝土试件的粘结强度的影响更显著。锚固长度的变化对肋间横距增大的新外形月牙纹高强钢筋混凝土试件粘结强度的影响变化比较显著,钢筋直径的变化对两种钢筋与混凝土的粘结强度的影响变化基本相同。月牙纹630MPa高强钢筋肋距加大其粘结锚固性能不低于标准肋距的钢筋,由此判断,加大肋距的月牙纹630MPa高强钢筋的锚固长度在工程应用中可使用现行《混凝土结构设计规范》的相关规定。
In order to study the influence of the increase of rib spacing of 630 MPa high-strength steel bar with crescent pattern on its bond and anchorage performance with concrete,the standard shape crescent pattern steel bar with strength grade 630 MPa( T63) and the new shape crescent pattern steel bar with increased spacing( TB63)between transverse ribs are selected to make reinforced concrete specimens. Considering the three factors of concrete strength,anchorage length and diameter of steel bar,the tensile test is carried out to analyze the failure of reinforced concrete. The morphology,bond strength and bond slip properties are compared and analyzed. The experimental results show that the bond strength of the new-shaped crescent high-strength reinforced concrete specimens with increased cross rib spacing is slightly higher than that of the standard-shaped crescent high-strength reinforced concrete specimens,which indicates that the increase of the rib spacing is beneficial to the improvement of bond strength. Two kinds of reinforced concrete specimens have the same failure mode under the same conditions,and the change rule of bond-slip curve is basically the same. The slip amount of crescent-shaped highstrength reinforced concrete specimens with increased cross rib spacing at the peak of bond-slip curve is slightly smaller than that of standard crescent-shaped high-strength reinforced concrete specimens,and the peak bond stress is slightly larger than that of standard crescent-shaped high-strength reinforced concrete specimens. The change of concrete strength has a more significant effect on the bond strength of high strength reinforced concrete specimens with crescent pattern. The influence of anchorage length on the bond strength of crescent-shaped high-strength reinforced concrete specimens with increased transverse rib spacing is significant,and the influence of steel diameter on the bond strength of the two kinds of steel bars to concrete is basically the same.
