摘要
目的探讨3D腹腔镜在直肠癌根治术中的临床应用效果观察。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2017年10月我院实施的直肠癌手术患者的临床资料,其中3D腹腔镜组32例,2D腹腔镜组36例,对两组患者的临床结果进行分析对比。结果两组患者均顺利完成手术,3D腹腔镜组与2D腹腔镜组比较,手术时间短、术中出血量少、淋巴结清扫数目多、术后留置尿管时间短,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);术后住院时间及排气时间差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论与2D腹腔镜相相比,3D腹腔镜进行直肠癌根治术解剖层次更加清晰,分离更为精细,值得临床推广。
To explore the clinical application effect of three-dimensional laparoscope in the radical resection of rectal cancer.The clinical data of patients who underwent radical resection of rectal cancer in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.There were 32 patients undergoing three-dimensional laparoscopic surgery and 36 patients undergoing two-dimensional laparoscopic surgery.The clinical outcome of the patients was compared between the two groups.The operations were all successfully completed in the two groups.Compared with the two-dimensional laparoscopic surgery group,the three-dimensional laparoscopic surgery group had shorter operative time,less intraoperative blood loss,more number of lymph node dissection and earlier removal of urethral catheter(P<0.05).However,there were no significant differences in the postoperative ventilation time and postoperative hospital stay(P>0.05).Compared with two-dimensional laparoscope,radical resection of rectal cancer with three-dimensional laparoscope could make anatomic compartments clearer and surgical separation more meticulous.It is worthy of promotion.
