摘要
全平衡升船机的运行条件是全平衡,一旦平衡系统破坏,升船机运行的结果将是灾难性的。针对承船厢倾斜后如何调平问题,从安全、经济角度进行系统研究。采用升船机制动和提升系统对传动系统进行应力释放和承船厢调平,利用承船厢水位的增减,使承船厢的重力大于平衡重力;通过分区域松制动闸,使承船厢可控下降,纠正承船厢的倾斜。在达到基本平衡后,用升船机自平衡系统,完全恢复升船机的全平衡。案例解决了承船厢失衡后的调平问题,对同类升船机的运行检修具有指导意义。
The operation requirement of full-balanced vertical ship lift must maintain the full balance of the ship-chamber at all times.Once the balance system is broken,the consequence of running the ship lift will be disastrous.The paper systematically discusses how to level the ship-chamber after tilting from the point of view of safety and economy.The imbalance of ship-chamber can be adjusted via braking and lifting system.In the meantime,the stress and strain of driving system of the ship lift can be released.By adjusting the water level of ship-chamber,the ship-chamber’s gravity will be greater than that of the counterbalance.By releasing brakes at different partitions,we can lower down the higher position of the ship-chamber and level the tilted ship-chamber.After achieving a basic balance,the ship lift will run automatically on its self-balancing system,and the ship lift will eventually regain a full balance.The case study has solved the problem of leveling after tilting of the ship-chamber and it provides a guidance for the operation and maintenance of similar ship lifts.
