摘要
对辽宁省内不同厂家、不同批次、不同型号、不同年代的复合绝缘子的电气性能、机械性能等进行系统试验分析。经过试验发现,全省在运复合绝缘子的老化原因存在多种因素。通过建立复合绝缘子老化状态与工艺、运行环境、年限等的模糊控制模型,研究复合绝缘子老化趋势和寿命预期,预测复合绝缘子损坏风险,减少复合绝缘子故障发生。
The electrical and mechanical properties of the composite insulators in different factories,batches,models and ages which are systematically studied.Through large batch experiments,the aging causes of the composite insulators are found in the whole province.The aging trend and life expectancy of composite insulators are studied through establishing the fuzzy control model of the aging state and process,operating environment and years of composite insulators.It predicts the damage risk of composite insulators and reduces the failure of composite insulators.
