摘要 合成绝缘子因其具有重量轻、耐污性好及日常维护量小等优点,在高电压输电线路上得到了广泛的应用。随着合成绝缘子运行时间及使用数量的不断增加,运行中合成绝缘子的憎水性、机械强度、污闪电压、老化等性能越来越受到运行单位的重视。通过对在网运行5~10年的合成绝缘子分别进行了外观检查、憎水性检查、伞裙脆性检查、雷电冲击试验、污湿下电老化性能试验及机械负荷试验。评价了合成绝缘子在运行一定时间后的性能,并针对试验中出现的问题提出了建议,以供运行单位参考。 Composite insulator has been widely used in high-voltage electric power transmission system because of its advantages in light weight, anti-pollution flashover and less routine maintenance. Since the operating time and amounts of composite insulator used increase, great importance has been attached to its operating effects, including the hydrophobic property, the mechanical strength, the pollution flashover voltage and aging. The operating-effect of composite insulator was evaluated through a series of detection of composite insulator operating over past 5 to 10 years. Some advices were proposed in order to solve the problems in the performance test.
