摘要
"健康中国2030规划纲要"提出了推进"全民健身与全民健康深度融合"的行动要求。全民健身与全民健康深度融合离不开完善的政策法规保障,本文对全民健身与全民健康融合法制保障相关的研究进行梳理,总结国内外该领域的相关研究动态,并对未来全民健身与全民健康融合法制保障的研究方向和趋势进行了展望,提出未来需要加强全民健身与全民健康融合法制保障体系化研究,包括加强不同执行部门的政策法规建设研究、加强地方性政策法规配套的研究、加强研究视野的延续性。
“Plan of health China 2030”issued a calls to action to promote“Sports for all and Health for all deeper convergence”.The construction of“Health China”is a huge project related to the national economy and people’s livelihood which is inseparable from perfect supporting policies and regulations.This paper sorts out the research related to the legal guarantee of Sports for all and Health for all convergence at home and abroad,clarifies relevant research trends in this field at home and abroad,speculates on the research direction and trend of future legal guarantee of Sports for all and Health for all convergence,proposes the need to strengthen the systematization of legal system guarantee for the convergence of Sports for all and health in the future which includes strengthening research on policy and regulation of different executive departments,strengthening research on supporting local policies and regulations and strengthening the continuity of research horizon.
