摘要
新任专业教师是中职校"双师型"教师队伍的生力军,其专业化程度决定着未来学校教育教学水平的高低。依托食品研发与技术服务中心,我校食品生物工艺专业新任教师的专业能力得到有效培养,主要表现在视野开拓、技能水平提高、具备创新创业思想、职业认同感提升。
Abstract The new professional teachers are the fresh blood of secondary vocational double-qualified faculty team.Their level of specialization determines the teaching quality of schools in the future.Based on food research and technical service center,the professional abilities of food biotechnology new teachers have been effectively cultivated.The new teachers have broaden their horizons,improved their skill level,possessed innovation and entrepreneurial idea,and improved their professional identity.
