摘要
医疗卫生标准在推动健康中国战略的实施和医改深化等方面发挥着重要的技术支撑作用。文章通过分析中华人民共和国人力资源和社会保障部、原国家食品药品监管督管理总局和国家中医药管理局的标准体系、管理和工作机制,总结可借鉴的经验,为进一步完善我国医疗卫生标准体系和管理体制提供依据。
Health standards play an important role in promoting the implementation of the Health China Strategy and deepening medical reform.By analyzing the standard system,management system and working mechanism of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People’s Republic of China,the former China Food and Drug Administration,and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the People’s Republic of China,this article summarized the experience reference for further improving the China’s health standards system and its management system.
