多粘类芽孢杆菌S960对番茄生长与光合生理特性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为研究多粘类芽孢杆菌S960对番茄植株生长和枯萎病防治效果,将多粘类芽孢杆菌S960进行不同倍数稀释(0.5×、10×、50×、100×、500×)对番茄幼苗连续灌根4次(每周1次),满28 d后,测定植株倒数第4片叶片叶绿素含量、气体交换常数及叶绿素a荧光动力学参数,同时测定植株地上生物量、根系生物量、株高、茎周长、枯萎高度占株高比例、叶片可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量等指标。结果表明:与对照组比较,多粘类芽孢杆菌S960灌根使用后,番茄叶绿素a、PN、植株地上生物量、根系生物量、株高、茎周长均显著(P<0.05)升高,而枯萎高度占株高比例显著(P<0.05)降低,其中10×稀释的处理最明显; PIabs明显升高,而其他荧光动力学参数指标变化不大;叶片丙二醛含量显著(P<0.05)降低,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量无显著(P>0.05)变化。因此,多粘类芽孢杆菌S960能促进番茄植株生长,对枯萎病有一定的防治效果,以10×稀释(3.55×10~7cfu/mL)效果最佳。 The present study was to survey the effect of Paenibacillus polymyxa S960 on the growth of tamoto and the bio-control efficiency of Fusarium-induced wilt of tomato.The P.polymyxa S960 was respectively diluted into 0.5×,10×,50×,100×,500×,and continuously filled into the rhizosphere of tomato seedlings for four times with interval of a week.Then,the chlorophyll content,gas exchange parameters and the chlorophyll a fluorescence of the leaves(the 4 th from bottom)were determined and analyzed.At the same time,the aboveground biomass(dry weight),root dry weight,plant height,stem circumference and the ratio of wilt height toplant height of tomato plants,leaf soluble sugar and leaf soluable protein content were measured and analyzed.The results showed that the chlorophyll content,P N,aboveground biomass,root dry weight,plant height and stem circumference of tomato were all significantly(P<;0.05)higher than those of the control,while the ratio of wilt height to plant height of tomato was significantly(P<;0.05)lower than that of the control;the 10×dilution treatment had the hithest change degree.The PI abs of tomato increased obviously,while the other parameters of chlorophyll a fluorescence showed no obvious difference between the treatment group and control;the leaf soluble sugar and leaf soluble protein content were both insignificantly affected by P.polymyxa S960,but the leaf malondialdehyde content decreased significantly.Therefore,the P.polymyxa S960 not only promoted the growth of tomato,but also had bio-control efficiency on Fusarium-induced wilt of tomato,and the best efficiency resulted from the 10×dilution(3.55×10 7 cfu/mL)of P.polymyxa S960.
