水稻亚硒酸盐转运子OsNIP2;1及其家族成员的蛋白结构分析 被引量:3

摘要 OsNIP2; 1是水稻亚硒酸盐转运子,是类NOD26内在蛋白家族的成员。本研究从Gen Bank数据库检索获得水稻、玉米和拟南芥的NIP家族成员氨基酸序列信息,利用生物信息学方法对OsNIP2; 1及其家族成员的蛋白理化性质、蛋白结构进行分析,对3种植物NIP家族成员的同源和进化关系进行评估。研究结果表明,OsNIP2; 1是定位于细胞质膜中的疏水性跨膜蛋白,包含6个跨膜结构域,其二级结构由38. 26%的α螺旋、21.48%的延伸带、10.40%的β转角和29.87%的随机卷曲等构成; OsNIP家族的其他成员都与OsNIP2; 1具有类似的蛋白理化性质和结构; 3种植物NIP家族成员的同源性很高,其氨基酸序列比对和进化树都显示出进化过程的高度保守性。 OsNIP2;1 that belonged to the NOD26-like intrinsic proteins family was a selenite transporter of rice.In this study,the amino acid sequence information of NIP family members of rice,maize and arabidopsis was retrieved from the GenBank database.Bioinformatics methods were used to analyze the physical and chemical properties and structure of the protein of OsNIP2;1 and its family members.The homology and evolution of the members of the NIP family from the 3 plants were assessed.The results indicated that OsNIP2;1 was a hydrophobic transmembrane protein located in the plasma membrane.It contained 6 transmembrane domains and the secondary structure was composed of 38.26%of alpha helix,21.48%of extended strand,10.40%of beta turn and 29.87%of random coil.The other members of the OsNIP family had similar protein physicochemical properties and structures with OsNIP2;1.The homology of the members of NIP family from the 3 species was very high and the amino acid sequences showed very high conservatism in the evolutionary process via sequences alignment and homologous evolution tree.
