摘要
近年来,员工的创造力已成为影响企业创新绩效的关键因素,在企业创新活动中管理者作为影响员工行为的交互个体同样扮演着重要角色。文中意在探索企业管理者情绪智力对员工创造力的影响机制,并试图引入员工建言行为作为中介因素探究其中的作用机理。文中通过对208位管理者及员工进行匹配问卷调查,回收整理数据,并运用SPSS 22. 0软件对整理的数据进行线性回归分析,研究结果表明:拥有高情绪智力的管理者在企业行为中对员工的创造力具有显著的正向作用,并能运用较高的情绪智力有效激励员工积极展开建言行为;而员工的建言行为在管理者情绪智力与员工创造力间起着中介作用,积极的员工建言可以激发管理者发挥更高的情绪智力管理引导员工,进而在工作中激发员工的创造力使之创造更高的企业绩效。这些研究结果对于管理者在企业行为中如何运用情绪智力激发员工创造力,企业如何招募到能够有效管理员工并激励员工的管理者以及如何培训管理者等都有一定的借鉴和启示意义。
In recent years,the creativity of employees has become a key factor affecting the innovation performance of enterprises.In the enterprise innovation activities,managers also play an important role as interactive individuals that affect employee behavior.The purpose of this paper is to explore the mechanism of the emotional intelligence of the managers in the company for employees’creativity,and to try to introduce employee behavior as an intermediary factor to explore the mechanism.In this paper,208 managers and employees were matched to conduct questionnaire surveys,data were collected,and data was linearly analyzed by using SPSS 22.0 software.The results indicate that managers with high emotional intelligence have a significant positive effect on the creativity of employees in corporate behaviors,and can use higher emotional intelligence to effectively motivate employees to actively engage in constructive behavior;and the employee’s behavior of assertion plays an intermediary role between the manager’s emotional intelligence and employee creativity.Positive employee suggestions can inspire managers to exert higher emotional intelligence to manage and guide employees,and then inspire employees to create creativity to create higher corporate performance.The results of these studies have implications for how managers use emotional intelligence to stimulate employee creativity in corporate behavior,how companies can recruit managers who can effectively manage employees and motivate employees,and how to train managers.
