摘要
"灌输式"是高校思想政治教育最重要的方式,它确立的"主体(教育者)-客体(受教育者)"关系模式被认为使受教育者丧失了自主性,不利于大学生的"三观"培育与养成。基于教育者主体角度,缺陷并不在于"灌输式"教育本身而在于施教者,扬弃"灌输式"教育方式,改变高校教学评价的体系和机制;提升教育主体自身的素养和能力;完善教育主体教学的方式和方法,通过高校"灌输式"教育的主体性重构,发挥思想政治教育工作者在教育过程中的引领作用,实现灌输式的"主体"与交互式的"关系"紧密结合,才能真正实现"思政课程"向"课程思政"转变。
The major way of education in colleges and universities is indoctrination,which has been criticized by the academic circles.The model of“subject(educator)-object(student)”is established by the indoctrination,which is considered to be the loss of the educationist autonomy,and is not conducive to the realization of the educational goal.Based on the main points of view of educators,the defect is not the“indoctrination”itself,but in the practitioner himself.To transform the view of,we made the following comments:Firstly,to change the system and mechanism of teaching evaluation;Secondly,to improve the education workers'own working experience and abilities;Thirdly,to improve the teaching methods of teachers.
