摘要
合成氨为一种化工原料,可用于生产多种农业用肥料,还可用于工业、军事等领域,应用价值显著。近年来,国内对合成氨工艺技术的研究不断深入,并取得了理想结果。合成氨变换工艺则是合成氨的基础部分,关系到整个合成氨工艺的应用效果。基于此,对合成氨变换工艺展开研究,分析具体的工艺,再进行具体变换工艺的选择,旨在推动合成氨工艺技术的优化与改进,推动行业发展。
As a chemical raw material,synthetic ammonia can be used to produce a variety of agricultural fertilizers,but also can be used in industrial,military and other fields,the application value is significant.In recent years,domestic research on ammonia synthesis technology has been deepened,and the desired results have been achieved.The ammonia conversion process is the basic part of ammonia synthesis,which is related to the application effect of the whole ammonia synthesis process.Based on this,the article launches the research on the synthetic ammonia shift process,analyzes the specific process,and then carries out the selection of the specific shift process,aiming to promote the optimization and improvement of the synthetic ammonia process technology and promote the development of the industry.
