摘要

The presulfuration sulfiar tolerant shift catalyst is a kind of shift catalyst for pre vulcanization ,which has the advantages of good structure,strong stability,high strength,good activity and strong anti toxicity.If the shift system of synthetic ammonia plant using coal as raw material adops presulfuration sulfiar tolerant shift catalyst.The utility model not only saves the driving time,reduces the loss of the process gas,but also can eliminate the risk of safety and environmental protection during vulcanization.The pre sulfurization catalyst and the traditional sulfur tolerant shift catalyst have the same process stability,through the operation of six months.The presulfuration sulfur tolerant shift catalyst is applicated of sucessfully in synthetic ammonia plant using coal as raw material.
