详细介绍了石油化工企业机泵在线状态监测系统,包括状态监测部分、故障诊断与寿命预估部分、诊断决策部分等,并描述了预期目标。机泵在线状态监测和诊断系统的应用,可以对机泵故障的类型、部位、程度和原因做到及时发现,及时处理,及时分析,提升机泵本质安全水平。
This paper introduced in detail the on-line monitoring system for pump condition in petrochemical enterprises,including the condition monitoring part,fault diagnosis and life prediction part and decision-making part,and described the expected objectives.The application of this system is able to identify the type,position,severity and cause of pump failure in time,to cope with it and analyze it in a timely manner,and to improve the intrinsic safety level of pumps.
