摘要
转型发展是目前高校热门话题,水产学更是一门应用型学科,转型发展应首当其冲。湖南文理学院是全国首批转型发展试点单位。文章基于"深度转型"形势下水产本科人才从事企业管理能力需求的调查研究,从专业管理教师团队构建、课程模块与课程群设计、管理顶岗实习、课堂教学与实践教学等多方位,分析探讨水产管理型本科人才培养和目标实现。
Transformation development is a hot topic in colleges and universities,and aquaculture is an applied discipline.Tran原sition development should bear the brunt.Hunan College of Arts and Sciences is the first batch of pilot units for transformation and development in China.Based on the investigation and study of the enterprise management ability needs of undergraduate aquatic tal原ents under the"deep transformation"situation,from the aspects of professional management teacher team construction,curriculum module and curriculum group design,management top post internship,classroom teaching and practice teaching,etc.,this paper ana原lyzes and discusses the training and target realization of undergraduate talents in aquatic products management.
