摘要
为适应新常态下创新驱动型机电高职人才需求,在分析目前我国高等职业教育人才培养模式瓶颈的基础上,研究创新驱动型机电高职人才的培养模式,从创新激励与创新方法培养、项目类式机电专业课程群设计、基于CDIO的项目驱动式教学以及学校创新服务平台搭建四个方面,阐述新常态下创新驱动型机电高职人才的培养方式。
In order to meet the need of innovation-driven electromechanical higher vocational talents in new normal economy, the paper researches the cultivating mode of innovation-driven electromechanical higher vocational talents on the analysis of the choke point of talents cultivating mode in Chinese higher vocational education.The cultivating methods include innovation incentive and innovation method training, project-based professional curriculum group design, CDIO based project-driven teaching method and college innovation service platform construction.
