摘要
当前,"互联网+"已经成为信息技术创新融合发展的新名词,"互联网+"的本质是数据流动,核心是实现信息资源的分享、互动、虚拟、服务,与新形势下标准资源的整合运用具有相同属性和发展特征。本文结合实践就"互联网+"环境下标准资源整合运用的使命责任、发展路径、成果体现进行深度总结思考,力求探索"互联网+标准资源"的创新驱动型发展道路。
At present, ＂Internet Plus＂ has become technology innovation. The essence of ＂Internet Plus＂ the new term of integration and development of information is the flow of data and the core of that is sharing of information resources, interaction, virtuality and service, which is of the same attributes and development characteristics of the integration and utilization of standard resources today. Combining with the practice, the paper studies the mission, the development path and the achievement of the integration of standard resources in ＂Internet Plus＂ environment, in order to explore the innovation and driven development path of the ＂internet plus standard resources＂
