摘要
一个社会形态取代另一个社会形态的深刻变革在于整体性的社会文化价值系统转换。制度变革可能是剧烈的,甚至迅速的,而文化价值系统转换则是深刻的、缓慢的。社会主义实现对资本主义社会文化价值系统的超越,逐渐确立了自己的价值系统,才会展现其全面的制度优越性。笔者以为,这种超越主要体现为社会主义用以劳动幸福为核心的价值系统去全面扬弃资本主义的“天赋人权”价值体系。所谓社会文化价值系统,就是全社会共同采纳并持久践行的主导绝大多数人的价值观念和价值评价体系。虽然没有每个人都赞同的社会文化价值,但大多数人较长期地信奉和践行,则是社会文化价值的基本要求。与单个人的价值观不同,社会文化价值是多数人较长期地采纳的价值观。
The so-called social and cultural value system is the dominant value concept and value evaluation system which the whole society adopts and practices for a long time.If any advanced social system wants to transcend the old social system,it must make its own unique social and cultural value system,and popularize,stabilize,and finally replace the old social and cultural value system.The key of socialism to replace capitalism is not only to replace the civil rights of capitalism with socialism civil rights,but also to replace the civil rights foundations of capitalism with the foundations of socialism civil rights.Social and cultural value system based on“labor endowed with civil rights”,changes the“divine rights”,which are based on belief,into the“labor gift”that everyone cannot leave,thus completely negating the capitalism value foundation of the“divine civil right”,and realizing the real transcendence of the social and cultural value system of capitalism.No one can live without labor at any time,and happiness,dignity,and life must depend on it.Therefore,with the rights conferred on people by labor,the basis of consensus that can be obtained is more scientific and reliable.
