内科急诊呼吸衰竭患者机械通气治疗的临床效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解机械通气治疗内科急诊呼吸衰竭患者的临床效果。方法方便筛选2015年1月—2018年5月该院接收的102例呼吸衰竭患者,依据不同治疗方法分组:予以机械通气治疗的51例为治疗组,予以有创通气治疗的51例为对照组,对比2组效果。结果治疗后,治疗组有效率96.08%,较对照组80.39%更高(χ~2=8.165,P<0.05);治疗组氧分压(90.10±6.65)mmHg、剩余碱(-3.00±0.35)mmol/L、pH值(7.50±0.52),与对照组的(48.25±5.16)mmHg、(-5.00±0.55)mmol/L、(7.10±0.68)相比,均较高(t=12.254、10.241、9.214,P<0.05)。结论对内科急诊呼吸衰竭选机械通气治疗,效果确切。 Objective To understand the clinical effects of mechanical ventilation in patients with emergency respiratory failure.Methods A total of 102 patients with respiratory failure who were admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to May 2018 were convenient enrolled according to different treatment methods.51 patients who received mechanical ventilation,51 patients with invasive ventilation.Compare the effects of two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 96.08%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.39%)(χ2=8.165,P<0.05).The oxygen partial pressure(90.10±6.65)mmHg,residual alkali(-3.00±0.35)mmol/L,pH of the treatment group values were(7.50±0.52),compared with the control group(48.25±5.16)mmHg,(-5.00±0.55)mmol/L,(7.10±0.68),(t=12.254,10.241,9.214,P<0.05).Conclusion The mechanical ventilation treatment for emergency respiratory failure in internal medicine is effective.
