摘要
随着教育的不断发展与改革,传统的课堂"填鸭式"教学已经不能适应现在的学生思维,尤其是在职业学校,学生的侧重点不能有效地集中在一点上。我们经常举办各类比赛,以促进学生的积极性,还研究了《中职大赛与常规教学的有效融合》这一课题,我们教师通过多种途径反复探索与研究,激发了学生的学习兴趣,优化了学生的学习习惯,增强了学生的沟通能力,促进了学生学习水平的提高,实现了课堂与技能大赛的有效接轨。
With the continuous development of education and reform,the traditional classroom cramming teaching already can not adapt to today's students thinking,especially in the vocational school,the emphasis of the students cannot be effectively concentrated in a bit,we often hold all kinds of competition,in order to promote students'enthusiasm,we studied the secondary series and the effective integration of conventional teaching this subject,we teachers repeatedly through various channels to explore and research,inspire the students'interest in learning,to optimize the students'learning habits,to enhance the students'communication ability,promoting the improvement of the students'learning level,realized the classroomwith effective skills contest.
