摘要
心理健康教育在高职院校人才培养过程中承担着重要作用,随着心理科学从消极心理学到积极心理学的转向,心理科学的使命也在其消极功能(研究消极心理,治疗精神疾病)的基础上增加了积极的功能(让所有人生活更加充实,富有意义;发现并培养具有天赋的人)。积极心理学理念指导下的高职院校心理健康教育应有更积极的功能定位:促进学生的自我成长和发展;更积极的教育目标:致力于提升学生获得幸福的能力;更积极的课程内容:幸福感、乐观与希望、情商。
Mental health education plays an important role in the process of cultivating talents in higher vocational colleges.With the change of psychological science from negative psychology to positive psychology,the mission of psychological science also increases the positive function on the basis of its negative function(studying negative psychology,treating mental illness).The positive function is to make life more fulfilling and meaningful,and to discover and nurture gifted people.Mental health education in higher vocational colleges under the guidance of positive psychology should have a more positive functional orientation:to promote students'self-growth and development;to set a more positive educational goal:to enhance students'ability to obtain happiness;and to offer a more positive course content:happiness,optimismand hope,emotional quotient.
