摘要
测度国家全域旅游示范区竞争力,理清地区发展全域旅游的影响因子并选择适宜的发展路径,是国家全域旅游示范区创建工作的基础和关键。本文从全域旅游发展的全时空、全产业、全要素、全管理和全支持五个方面系统地构建国家全域旅游示范区竞争力评价指标体系,采用分层抽样的方法选取东部、中部和西部共37个县(市)作为样本,基于Arc GIS10. 1的空间主成分分析和空间自相关分析方法测度国家全域旅游示范区竞争力及其空间自相关性。结果显示:(1)竞争力评价方面,37个国家全域旅游示范区竞争力平均值为4. 77,总体处于一般水平;贵州省示范区竞争力平均值为5. 77,处于较强水平;湖北省示范区竞争力平均值为4. 93,处于一般水平;福建省示范区竞争力平均值为3. 91,处于较弱水平。(2)空间自相关分析方面,37个国家全域旅游示范区竞争力在各自区域内的相关性不显著,呈独立随机分布。(3)影响因子方面,影响国家全域旅游示范区竞争力主要因子为旅游投入产出比、夜光指数、城镇化率、路网密度、第三产业增加值比重、社会消费品零售总额比重、坡度、一般公共预算人均支出、人均旅游收入等9个方面,其中旅游投入产出比的贡献最大。基于主要结论,东部地区发展全域旅游,可以围绕"傍城"的核心理念,主动融入三大城市群或各区域的核心城市群,借助城市化带动以旅游业为核心的第三产业发展;西部地区发展全域旅游,可以围绕着"傍景"的核心理念,主动融入核心景区,借助旅游业发展带动第三产业发展;中部地区则因地制宜,兼顾东西部两种模式,择优选择。
To empirically evaluate the competitiveness,finding the driving factors and choosing the proper development ways is fundamentally important for the development of national comprehensive tourism destinations.This paper developed an index system to evaluate the competitiveness of national comprehensive tourism destinations from five aspects including time-space,industry,factors,management and support.Based on the spatial principal component analysis method and spatial autocorrelation method in ArcGIS10.1,and selecting stratified sampling data in eastern,middle and western China,it analyzed the tourism competitiveness and its degree of agglomeration of the 37 national comprehensive tourism destinations.The findings included three aspects.First,the average competitiveness of national comprehensive tourism destination was 4.77,generally at a normal level.At the provincial scale,the average competitiveness of Guizhou was 5.77,much higher than others.The level of Hubei was 4.93,at the average level.The level of Fujian was 3.91,much lower than others.Second,on the aspect of space autocorrelation,the index of self correlation of national comprehensive tourism destination competitiveness was not significant in the respective regions,which was independent and random distribution.Third,the major driving factors of the competitiveness included tourism input-output ratio,luminous index,urbanization rate,road network density,the proportion of the added value in the tertiary industry,the proportion of total retail sales of social consumer goods,slope,average public budget expenditure per capita,and tourism income per capita.Among all these factors,the tourism input-output ratio played a major role.Based on these findings,this paper put forward suggestions for tourism development in eastern,middle and western China.The comprehensive tourism development in eastern China has to integrate with the three big urban agglomerations or the central urban clusters in the region based on the city-centered principle.The comprehensive tourism
