摘要
本文针对一起110kV断路器回路电阻偏大导致灭弧室瓷套发热异常故障,结合断路器红外检测图谱温度显示情况,通过对其进行SF_6气体检测、回路电阻测试、动态电阻测试以及升流试验,分析诊断故障原因,并解体验证诊断结果的准确性,为断路器故障诊断和运行维护提供了科学依据,并对断路器的运行维护提出建议。
As for abnormal heat fault of the 110kV breaker Arc-extinguishing chamber porcelain bushing with excess circuit resistance values,the reason of such fault is analyzed and treated based on the show of the infrared thermal imaging detection spectra of the breaker,on the test of oil,circuit resistance,dynamic resistance as well as transform-up current,the correctness of the diagnosis result is verified through disassembly,which provides scientific reference to the fault diagnos,operation and maintenance of the breaker as well as suggestionson operation and maintenance of the breaker.
