摘要
基于相似相容原理,选取与橡胶粉及基质沥青相容性都好的聚酰胺,通过聚合物涂覆法对废胶粉进行活化,在橡胶粉表面形成一层均匀的聚酰胺涂层,提高了橡胶粉与基质沥青的相容性,以达到提高胶粉改性沥青的储存稳定性、改善橡胶粉改性沥青的路用性能的目的。借助正交试验,并结合极差分析和方差分析,以针入度、延度、软化点及布氏粘度为指标,确定橡胶粉掺量为20%,剪切温度为180℃,剪切时间为60 min;并在此基础上制备出高低温性能以及储存稳定性优良的活化橡胶粉改性沥青。
Based on the principle of the dissolution in the similar material structure,polyamide possessing good compatibility with rubber powder and matrix asphalt was used as the activator to modify crumb rubber through polymer surface coating.The compatibility of crumb rubber and matrix asphalt was improved by the uniform polyamide coating formed on the rubber powder surface,and the storage stability and the road performance of modified asphalt were thus improved.The technological conditions were optimized by orthogonal test with the penetration,the ductility,the softening point and the viscosity as index.The is,the content of rubber powder was 20%,the cutting temperature was 180℃and the shear time was 60 min.On this basis,crumb rubber modified asphalt with good high temperature performance,low temperature performance and storage stability was prepared.
