摘要
采用两种技术对轮胎再生过程中产生的废纤维进行了回收,此废纤维中含有一定量的废胶粉。回收技术包括制备短纤维母胶和制备树脂颗粒。结果表明,短纤维母胶中加入粘合剂后,试样的拉伸强度大于20MPa,撕裂强度为50kN/m。此母胶可直接模压制作橡胶制品,若与其他橡胶并用,效果更好。回收制作的尼龙6树脂性能随着其中废胶含量的增加而下降。采用专利方法制备的尼龙6树脂的拉伸强度和冲击强度均接近日本宇部兴产公司生产的尼龙6(1013B)性能,可以生产注射尼龙制品。这两种回收技术具有显著的经济效益。
Two techniques were used to reclaim the waste fiber produced by tire reclamation process which contained with some waste rubber powder,one was making short fiber rubber masterbatch ,another one was making resin pellet.The results showed that by adding direct adhesive to short fiber rubber masterbatch,the tensile strength of masterbatch vulcanizate in excess of 20 MPa and the tear strength in excess of 50 kN/m were reached.This masterbatch could be molded to produce some rubber products,and its properties w...
