摘要
实验以肉桂皮为原料,以水蒸气蒸馏法提取肉桂油。采用正交实验法对此工艺进行优化,以肉桂油提取率为指标,对肉桂皮粉碎程度、料层厚度、蒸汽压力和蒸馏时间进行考察。结果表明:最佳工艺参数为肉桂皮粉碎程度60~80目,料层厚度1.5cm,蒸汽压力0.25MPa,蒸馏时间90min,在此蒸馏条件下肉桂皮出油率可达到2.01%。
Take cinnamon bark as the raw material,the cinnamon oil is extracted by steam distillation method.Take cinnamon oil extraction rate as the indicator,the process is optimized by orthogonal experiment,the effects of partical size,layer thickness,steam pressure and distillation time are investigated.The optimum technological parameters are as follows:the particle size is 60~80 meshes,the layer thickness is 1.5 cm,the steam pressure is 0.25 MPa,the distillation time is 90 min.Under such distillation conditions,the cinnamon bark oil yield reaches 2.01%.
