摘要
目的:观察百会穴注射加中医辨证用药治疗脑卒中后抑郁的效果。方法:选择78例脑卒中后抑郁症的患者,使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分(HAMD)来诊断和评估,治疗组给予百会穴注射加中医辨证用药,对照组给予百忧解(盐酸氟西汀)20mg,晨起顿服,治疗8周。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为89.74%,74.36%,愈显率(痊愈率+显效率)分别为57.69%,37.18%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:百会穴穴位注射不仅有调和阴阳、协调脏腑之功能,而且穴位的刺激可激发督脉之经气,疏通郁结之肝气,振奋机体之阳气。故对脑卒中以及脑卒中后抑郁有较好的治疗作用。
Objective:To observe the effects of the Baihui acupoint injection(百会穴注射)plus TCM medicine on post-stroke depression.Methods:78 patients were diagnosed and evaluated by HAMD.The treatment group was given the Baihui acupoint injection plus TCM medicine;the control group was given Prozac(fluoxetine)20mg for 8 weeks.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group and the control group were 89.74%and 74.36%respectively,and the cure rate was 57.69%and 37.18%respectively,with statistically significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Baihui acupoint injection shows a good effect,can regulate Yinyang(阴阳)and Zangfu(脏腑),and stimulate the Jingqi(经气)of the Du meridian(督脉),Shutong Ganqi(疏通肝气),Zhenfen Yangqi(振奋阳气).
