摘要
为探究人民警察招录加试项目中体能和认知心理信息加工能力的遗传选材科学规律,研究选用16对同卵双胞胎进行警察体能、视动反应时、听动反应时和综合反应时测试,结果发现:各项测试结果间存在不同程度的线性相关;以警察体能为因变量,视动反应时、听动反应时和综合反应时为自变量进行多元回归分析后,获得最佳模拟回归方程?_2=154.048-0.092X_1-0.111X_3。研究认为,未来人民警察招录过程中可以通过测试视动反应时和综合反应时带入模拟方程?_2=154.048-0.092X_1-0.111X_3来科学、简洁的测评测试者的警察体能和运动认知信息加工能力。
In order to explore the scientific rule of genetic material selection for the processing ability of physical and cognitive psychological information in people’s police recruitment and examination,sixteen pairs of identical twins were tested for police physical fitness,visual acuity,auditory and synergic responses.The results show that there are different degrees of linear correlation between the test results,the optimal simulated regression equation?2=154.048-0.092X1-0.111X3 was obtained by taking police physical ability as the dependent variable,and the independent variables of visual reaction,auditory reaction and comprehensive reaction as the independent variables.It is believed that the simulation equation?2=154.048-0.092X1-0.111X3 can be brought into the future people’s police recruitment process by testing the visual reaction and the comprehensive reaction,that is a scientifically and succinctly assess the ability of the police to process physical fitness and motor cognitive information.
