摘要
随着我国经济由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,经济发展质量成为新时代中国特色社会主义经济发展的重要内容。高速经济增长只是工业化时期发生的一段特殊历史现象,中国进入工业化深化期以后主要表现出经济发展数量增速放缓而经济发展质量增长率逐年上升的趋势。在理论层面,马克思主义政治经济学对经济发展质量提出了发展动力、发展结构以及发展效率三个方面的要求;在实践层面,我国在发展动力、发展结构和发展效率三个层面上对经济发展质量的提升仍有约束,今后应通过三维创新驱动、结构再平衡支撑以及发展效率提升三个维度不断形成新推力,推动中国经济高质量发展。
With China′s economy changing from high-speed growth stage to high-quality development stage,the quality of economic development has become an important part of economic development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.High speed economic growth is only a special historical phenomenon in the period of industrialization.Since entering the period of deepening industrialization,the growth rate of quantity of economic development has slowed down,and the speed of quality of economic development has been gradually increasing year by year.At the theoretical level,the quality of economic development focuses on the development power,development structure and development efficiency in the Marx′s political economics.At the practical level,the improvement of the quality of economic development still has constraints in three aspects of development power,development structure and development efficiency.We should promote the high quality development of China′s economy through the three dimensions of innovation driven,structural rebalance and development efficiency promotion.
