摘要
技术资本同人力或物质资本一样,也是一种微观可测度的要素资本。选取沪深A股7 382个样本,对技术资本存量进行测算,从两个角度和三个维度对其配置状况进行说明,进一步采用σ、β和"俱乐部"收敛三种方法对省域技术资本收敛性进行检验。研究表明:市场这一"无形之手"已自动优化新兴和传统行业间技术资本配置;区域和股权性质差异,技术资本配置状况有所不同;全国范围内,技术资本非均衡配置存在省域间你追我赶,差距逐渐缩小的收敛现象;东部和西部地区技术资本存在"俱乐部"收敛,中部地区具有收敛迹象,东北地区表现为发散的趋势。
Technology capital is a kind of element capital which can be measured at the micro level just like human capital or material capital.This paper selects 7382 samples of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares to measure the technology capital stock,explain the configuration from two-perspectives and three-dimensions,and further adopt three methods ofσ,βand"club"to test the convergence of provincial technology capital.The research shows that the"invisible hand"of market has automatically optimized the allocation of technological capital between emerging and traditional industries.As the regional and equity nature difference,the technology capital allocation condition is somewhat different.Nationally,the non-equilibrium allocation of technology capital has a convergence phenomenon between the provinces,and the gap is gradually narrowing.There is a"club"convergence in technology capital in the eastern and western regions,with signs of convergence in the central region and a diverging trend in the northeast.
