3D Marine Valve Remote Control and Level Monitoring System

摘要 选用具备船级社型式认可证书的西门子S7-300系列可编制逻辑控制器和普莱格电液式执行器,结合计算机监控和西门子工业网络通讯技术,从硬件和软件两个方面设计开发了半潜船的阀门遥控和液位遥测系统,实现对阀门的远程遥控及压载舱的液位、船舶吃水、纵横倾监测报警。经实船运行后,证明系统稳定可靠。 Siemens S7-300 series programmable logic controllers and Pleiger electro-hydraulic actuators are selected,which both have classification society type approval certificates.Combined with computer monitoring and Siemens industrial network communication technology,the semi-submersible ship’s valve remote control and level monitoring system are designed and developed from two aspects of hardware and software,thus the remote control of valve,the monitoring and alarming of ballast tank level,ship’s draft,the rolling and pitching are realized.After the operation on actual ship,the system is proved to be stable and reliable.
