摘要
本文简要介绍了中船龙穴造船有限公司建造的308 000 DWT VLCC外区多芯管路布置安装的优化设计,其中涉及到对各舱室的阀门遥控系统和监测系统在管路布置上实现以最低成本为目标函数,以其他性能参数为约束函数的性能经济优化,目的是充分利用我们现有的数字化设计资源,建立更加详细的材料明细表和安装图册;同时也达到降低现场施工难度,减少资源的重复浪费,节约成本的要求,在设计和施工上实现精益造船。
This paper briefly introduces the optimized desigh of disposal & installation for multi-core tubes of 308000DWT VLCC built in CSSC Guangzhou Longxue Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. to realize the optimization which takes the lowest cost for target function and takes other capability parameters as leash function for valve remote control system and monitor system from all cabins on pipeline disposal. The purpose is to take full advantage of our existing design resources to create the most detailed material lists and installation drawings, reduces the difficulty of local construction, decreases waste and economizes cost.
