摘要
当电力电缆进行交接试验或预防性试验过程中发生接地绝缘击穿故障时,传统的故障直流高压冲击测试方法,存在着对高阻故障或闪络性接地故障难以击穿放电或不能击穿放电的难题。本文研究电力电缆串联谐振交流耐压试验条件下,利用电流暂态行波反射技术,在线测试电缆绝缘接地瞬间击穿时的故障距离,以提出新的测试方法,以便快速对电缆故障点进行定位,避免试验电缆击穿后常规故障测试方法,如直流烧弧击穿、直流高压多次脉冲、直流高压电桥等对电缆特别是中高压电缆的再次损伤。
When the power cable is subjected to the grounding insulation breakdown fault during the handover test or preventive test,the traditional fault DC high voltage impact test method has the problem of high impedance fault or flashover grounding fault,which is difficult to breakdown or discharge.This paper studies the power cable series resonance AC voltage withstand test conditions,the transient current travelling waves,the fault distance grounding moment breakdown when the insulation test of cable,in order to put forward a new test method,in order to quickly locate fault points on the cable to avoid cable breakdown test,after the conventional fault testing methods,such as DC breakdown,arc burning DC high voltage multi pulse DC high voltage on the cable bridge,especially in high voltage cable injury again.
