摘要
应用型本科院校商务英语面临着诸多问题,如学生数量不断增多,教师数量不多,教学质量不高。要解决这些问题,应用型本科院校商务英语必须走提高商务英语教师质量,即从单纯的数量粗放式向重视质量的集约式方向发展。分析应用型本科院校商务英语教师专业的内涵、特点、发展现状、发展特点和发展途径,完善商务英语教师的培养机制,建立健全应用型本科院校商务英语教师发展的保障制度等,都具有十分重要的意义。
It is of great necessity for the specialty of Business English in application-oriented universities to improve teachers'quality,i.e.to develop intensively instead of extensively so as to resolve the problems like unsound proportion between students and teachers and low teaching quality,etc.In the paper below,a significant study was made on how to improve the cultivation of business English teachers and establish a corresponding supporting system on the basis of an analysis of the connotation,characteristics,current development,developmental features and approaches.
