摘要
目的:探究全电视胸腔镜单向式肺叶切除在治疗肺部疾病中的临床应用效果。方法:收治肺叶切除患者60例,随机分为两组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规开胸肺叶切除术,观察组给予全电视胸腔镜单向式肺叶切除术,比较两组手术情况及预后情况。结果:观察组手术时间及胸腔引流时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组切口疼痛评分、并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全电视胸腔镜单向式肺叶切除在治疗肺部疾病的临床应用效果确切。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of video-assisted thoracoscopic one-way lobectomy in the treatment of pulmonary diseases.Methods:60 cases of patients with lobectomy were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given conventional thoracotomy lobectomy,and the observation group was given video-assisted thoracoscopic one-way lobectomy,the operation and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results:The operative time and chest drainage time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score and incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Video-assisted thoracoscopic one-way lobectomy in the treatment of pulmonary diseases had exact clinical effect.
