摘要
根据XX29光纤声光调制器故障树分析确定的薄弱环节,结合典型应用环境条件下各薄弱环节环境影响效应分析确定的敏感应力,综合光纤声光调制器技术规格研究确定器件可靠性强化试验项目与试验条件,制定相应可靠性试验方案与剖面,为类似器件失效模式与失效机理验证与可靠性增长提供了工程化基础。
According to the weak link of XX29 fiber acousto-optic modulator determined by the fault tree analysis,combined with the determined sensitive stress by environmental impact and effect analysis of the weak link under the condition of typical application environment,it studies to determine the reliability enhancement test items and test conditions,and formulates corresponding reliability plan and profile.It provides engineering reference for the failure mode and failure mechanism verifying and reliability growing of similar devices.
