摘要 首先,简要地介绍了可靠性强化试验的概念和基本原理;然后,在现行的可靠性验收试验技术的基础上,提出了一种针对直升机机载电子设备的快速的可靠性验收试验方法,即先应用强应力筛选试验技术,充分地剔除产品的早期故障,提高产品的可靠性,然后采用高风险定时截尾或MTBF保证试验等验证试验方案对产品进行可靠性验收试验;最后,对该方法在某单位批生产的一批产品的验收中的具体运用进行了简单的介绍,从而证明了该方法的有效性和实用性。 Firstly, the concept and basic principle of reliability enhancement test are introduced briefly. And then, based on the current reliability acceptance test technology, a fast reliability acceptance test method for helicopter airborne electronic equipments is put forward, in which the strong stress screening test technology will be firstly adopted to fully deliminate the early failure of product so as to greatly improve the reliability of product, and then the time terminated scheme or MTBF assurance test will be adopted to conduct the reliability acceptance test for product. Finally, the specific application of the method in the acceptance of a batch of products produced hy a company is elaborated, through which the validity and practicality of the method are proved.
