小麦拔节期淹水对叶片光合特性的影响 被引量:9

摘要 为研究拔节期涝害对小麦叶片光合特性的影响,以小麦品种烟农19为试验材料,采用盆栽试验,于小麦拔节期进行淹水(涝害)处理,分析小麦叶片光合气体交换参数的变化。结果表明,拔节期淹水6 d后小麦叶片SPAD值较对照显著下降。在淹水3–9 d内,随着小麦叶片净光合速率逐渐下降,叶片气孔导度和胞间CO_2浓度亦显著下降,说明烟农19光合速率下降主要是叶片气孔限制引起的。而在淹水后期(9d之后),净光合速率持续下降,而叶片胞间CO_2浓度却升高,说明在涝害发生后期叶片光合速率下降主要由非气孔因素引起。在小麦拔节期涝害前期叶片光合速率下降主要是由叶片气孔限制引起的,而在涝害发生后期叶片光合速率下降主要由非气孔因素引起。 Waterlogging is one of the main meteorological disasters,which restrict the growth and development of wheat grain in middle and low Yangtze Valleys.The response of water stress on the photosynthesis of leaves is one of the important research contents of plant physioecology.The high yield wheat cultivar Yannong 19 was grown in this study.The pot experiment was carried out at Fengyang Experimental Station from 2014 to 2015.The experiment set up the normal water supply treatment(Control,the soil relative water content remained at about 75%)and the waterlogging treatment(maintaining about 5 cm water layer in pots).Effects of waterlogging in the jointing stage on photosynthetic characteristics of wheat leaves were examined in this study.The results showed that waterlogging significantly reduced the SPAD readings,the net photosynthetic rate,the transpiration rate and the stomatal conductance of leaves at jointing stage.With the extension of waterlogging days,the SPAD readings of wheat leaves decreased gradually.The net photosynthetic rate of leaves dropped sharply with prolonged waterlogging days.The variation of transpiration rate and stomatal conductance was same as net photosynthetic rate under waterlogging.With increasing of the days of waterlogging at jointing stage,the intercellular CO2 concentration first decreased from 3 to 9 day after waterlogging and then increased after 9 day after waterlogging.The results suggested that it was stomatal limitations at early and middle(from 3 to 9 day after waterlogging)waterlogging but not stomatal limitations at late(after 9 day after waterlogging)waterlogging that mainly reduced net photosynthesis rate of wheat leaves in Yannong 19.
